Designed for those looking to increase their swimming fitness and performance.
With a minimum requirement of being able to swim 100 meters without stopping to enter the squad, we will follow a set of different drills, distances and swimming intensities each session to help improve your swimming efficiency and fitness level.

Our Workout Of the Day is our staple programme throughout the week with the aim of improving our members' overall strength and conditioning with a focus on ensuring good movement and progression over time.

Our biggest session of the week that is not limited to one hour. A full body conditioning session that will test you both physically and mentally.
